Relentlessly exploring new ways to improve human life with the ambitious goal of unifying the entire organization under one brand with a common purpose, VCU Health set out to honor its strong past while looking to the future.
A teaser campaign helped the 11,000 employees and university staff rally around the new brand. Posters and other environmental communications built excitement for the upcoming launch. Teaser materials revealed pieces of the brand and prompted employees to visit the experience area on launch day. Banners, window clings, elevator clings and emails all added to the new vision, carrying messages of leading what’s possible.
To demonstrate commitment across the entire organization, the COO and VP for strategy, marketing and enterprise analytics launched the brand for the senior leadership team, who were then educated on brand talking points.
